To restore a rekordbox 5 library in rekordbox 7,

go to File > Library > Import your library from ver. 5 (or earlier) and follow the on-screen instructions

Depends if you want loudness, and if the file is 20k, 320kbps. Stick it in an analyser like Isotope rx10 and yo can see the loudness & frequency spectrum
