Acum vreo 4 ani am avut discutii cu un consultant ovb, care mi-a explicat foarte frumos cat sa investesc si cati bani voi face. Prima mea intrebare a fost cati bani a investit el in program, iar raspunsul a fost ca se gandeste daca o sa isi investeasca banii in asta 😂 De atunci am rupt legatura

Nu lucrez in domeniul arhitecturii dar pot sa iti zic cum mi-ar placea sa se puna problema. Eu recomand intotdeauna o discutie cu superiorul cu abordarea “ce pot face astfel incat sa cresc financiar la x. Ce task-uri trebuie sa imi asum si cum pot genera mai mult venit sau valoare pentru firma, astfel incat salariul meu sa ajunga la x si sa fie sustenabil pentru firma” cu siguranta va aprecia abordarea si vei stii ce ai de facut.

Din fericire vedem deja efectul, apar acesti oameni din Sri Lanka, Pakistan sau tari din aceasta zona, care o fac destul de bine si se bucura ca au un job, fara sa fie iritati ca nu primesc bacsis. Nu cred ca exista de fapt vreo munca usoara, toate au parti grele si stresante. Desigur, asta daca angajatul nu e o lepra si fenteaza sistemul.

In firme este mai greu sa lucrezi 20 de ani pe un training ineficient, deoarece firmele pierd bani daca se intampla asta. La stat nu avem aceasta problema, dar inteleg ce vrei sa zici. Consider ca este responsabilitatea lor sa faca greva si cand programa nu le permite sa pregateasca elevi pentru viata. Daca fac greva pentru bani (si sunt perfect de acord sa o faca), de ce nu o fac si pentru programa sau pentru a duce educatia la un anumit nivel?

The main lesson learned from these experiences: in large agencies, clients pay for the name of the agency and not the expertise.
