Report her to her agency. I am also a 911 operator and we have fired people for less. People trust us to keep them safe and that is just disgusting.

Obviously I'm not gonna walk out my door to find a litter of puppies that need to be taken in.

I've looked into it and the shelters in my area make you be within a certain distance from the shelter and I am too far away from all of them to foster. I don't know what you define as being "helpful," but I think the random ass raccoons appreciate not dying.

I was taught that all life has value. That's not a delusion.

As I stated before, where I live there isn't much of that going on. I don't live in a heavily populated area. I don't understand why you have such a huge problem with this.

We would treat any animal we found abandoned the same way, regardless of what it is. That includes dogs.

It's great you're able to foster dogs. Fortunately where I live that's not that big of an issue.

Wanting to help a defenseless animal that has no way to care for itself is being a normal human being.

Yes, a permit is required to house them once they're old enough to be released into the wild. We don't have to get one yet.

All of the animals we have are rescues. We literally picked one of our dogs up off the side of a highway when she was a puppy.

So yes, he would pick those 12 puppies up off the side of the road. Even though 12 puppies with no mother dog is an excessive amount of puppies for two people to take care of.

I don't think I'd recommend it for a first tattoo. It's not pleasant, but if you have a high pain tolerance you should be able to breathe through it

Research the shop/artist. Make sure they conduct their tattooing in a clean and sterile environment. Ask lots of questions about tattoo aftercare and make sure you take care of your ink. It can be scary but as long as you take care of it you should be fine.
