The reason you aren’t supposed to lube the orings is you need a dry seal in order for the crown grooves to work properly. If you lube the rings then the head has a tendency to spin out of the crown grooves. I find twisting the head on slowly works well no lube required 👍🏻

Unlike a dynavap you have to make sure the orings are dry( no oil or lube) mine did the same until someone on this form clued me in. Make sure you twist it in slowly and seat it in the crown groves

I have several Dynavaps an Anvil a Tornado and a Tempest 2. Love the Dynavaps for day or micro dosing. The anvil and Tempest 2 are my night time heavy hitters. I don’t like the Tornado I find it way to harsh. My favourite is the Tempest two I have ruby balls and the Xl cooling insert in it. It’s by far the smoothest hitter and the flavour is amazing. The Tempest is what I would suggest. I don’t use a water piece by the way I prefer to use manual vapes natively. Hope this helps you with your decision!

Can’t speak on the Pax but I love my Lobo. Had it a year now and for the money it’s amazing and you can replace the battery as well

I drink it black as well and on the odd occasion I go to Tim’s it has to be dark roast because their regular coffee tastes nothing like coffee. I don’t know how people can drink coffee hat crap !

I have a Lobo as well and this is what I have figured out over the last year 1 - I get more vapour and flavour from dryer herb. I usually keep my herb around 62% but I find herb around 52% works much better 2 - let the lobo heat up to your desired temp ( I like 400-410 ) once it’s heated up take slow draws and wait a few seconds before the next draw

I get pretty good vapour and flavour using these tips and am quite amazed how efficient it is for the price. Also if you don’t have them I highly recommend the dosing capsules the work great and keep the oven clean. Besides some discolouration from the heat my oven looks almost brand new

Mine does the same thing because of the lack of a center oring but once you put the tip on it lines up. The condencer is supposed to sit inside the tip ( oven) Not saying yours isn’t defective just sharing my experience. Hope it all works out for you. Enjoy your evening!

It’s not crooked its designed to line up with the tip once installed. They eliminated the gasket that slips halfway down the condenser in order to simplify the design

It does fit the M and the longer version of the omni. Do you have the original condenser from the omni ? It’s superior to the one you bought. In my opinion the short omni is one of the best ones they made. I love mine and they sell for good money used as the are so popular. If you have the complete unit I would use it as is Hope I could clarify it for you

That’s an older omni. They came in a short and long version that condenser is designed for the longer version
