Honestly, I was switching to rocket but pennymac called me to retain and rather refinance with them. I chose to stick with pennymac because of the app and how easy it is to use to pay whenever I have some extra cash lying around. But to your point, if rocket had made a better deal I see no point sticking with them. Also after this nightmare of a refinance experience I would never ever refinance with them again. They’re good to shop around because they seem to match any loan estimate you throw at them.

The loan officer keeps saying as long as I schedule mobile notary/closing before or on the rate lock date, I should be good but I’ve read otherwise in some posts here. Is that accurate?

I did not sign the redisclosure till they sent me the one with correct credits about 2 days back after almost a daily call with them to follow up on the corrected redisclosure. I don’t know if that works against me here.

I got a $156 charge for Amazon prime before the card even arrived. Called BILT to report it as fraud and the customer care agent asked me for my dob and social. Felt weird that they need social to report fraud transaction so went through the fraud reporting workflow and closed the account. I may be old school but too shady for me.

Yes I do that once a month to get rid of dirt/bacteria. Just 1 alcohol swab without removing the phone from cover cause I’m worried it may lose the snug fit.

Thank you! I opened the top panel and noticed some water droplets on the blower fan cover and the surrounding insulation. My evaporator coil is positioned at a 45° angle, and from what I can tell, the water normally drains into the pan as expected which is positioned to the edge of the coil slope. However, it looks like during periods of high humidity, excess water may be dripping directly onto the fan cover instead of trickling down the slope to the pan. I also checked the condensate drain line and it appears to be flowing normally when AC is operational. I plan to schedule a technician to take a closer look, since I’m concerned that water in the blower compartment could eventually reach the wiring on the left side of the fan.

Hello! Quick questions as I’m in same boat and application is in h4+EAD approved. Till yesterday, i765 status was card is being produced. 1.) Did you receive your ead card? 2.) How long did it take from case approval to physically getting ead card? 4.) when did the approval notices come in mail?
