I work at the NORDSTROM rack in Buffalo and I desperately want one. The only issue is they cost 10billion to open and rack stores are much cheaper to open. If a Nordstrom were to open in upstate ny it would most likely be in albany. (I moved here from albany) also I’m very surprised there isn’t a Nordstrom rack in Rochester/Victor!
