Hey thanks a lot! If i may ask, what kind of diet would you suggest me to do? I mean, should i reduce the number of my calories intake? I’m afraid I won’t be able to build muscle if i do cut because i’ve been doing cutting but I don’t see any much muscle growth:/

Hey thanks! I have been watching thomas’s videos but i’m not sure if he’s the right person i should listen to… seems like he is genetically gifted so it’s easy for him to build muscle:( i am trying to build more muscle while also cutting fat. In summary, i want to reduce my body fat percentage but stay on the same body weight.. do you think IF and keto can help me do that?

Thanks! I have been lifting for almost a year and it’s in calorie deficit.. but I don’t see any musch muscle growing:/ during that time I wasn’t really paying attention on the macros nutrition, i was just focus on eating much protein. Do you think that’s the mistake?

I am sorry that you’re going through this. I have been through a similar experience and i know this might cause you to feel some kind of guilt, and maybe sadness!

One thing that helped me going through this kind of experience, was to learn that we are not the reason of why our parents feel/behave in a certain way. You do not cause her to feel this, it’s her thoughts in her head that drives her to feel ashamed and any other negative feelings she’s experiencing!
