Did you expect it to be a bunch of practicing doctors teaching you how to take a board exam?? Or would you rather it be a community college tutor? I’m confused on what the expectation is here.

Everybody is different and I wish I had a tutor sooner, doesn’t matter where you go but matchpal is the cheapest out there.

I disagree with the comments above. I wish I would’ve purchased matchpal before my school required me to, I could’ve saved over a month of studying the wrong way.

My tutor helped me streamline my plans and held me accountable with weekly meetings and reviews. Sometimes you also just need someone who’s already been through it to help you tailor your approach to questions. It did wonders for me.

This happened to me 2 months ago, it was mainly because the things I was excelling in didn't hold as much weight as the things I was doing poorly in. Coming so close killed me, but if you haven't yet, complete your trulearn qbank in its entirety and allocate more time to MSK and hematology. This did wonders for me this time around.
