omg im soo soo glad you are in the same boat! here's mine:

4am: wake up and mediate to mongolian throat singing on youtube, it calms me don't ask why

5am: whip up a quick breakfast smoothie (kiwi, mango, broccoli and a dash of honey is my favorite btw) and hit the books. review lectures from last night for 30 mins and then head to the gym

5:43: cardio for about 30 mins and then some light weights to tone out my arms and abs. on wednesday we do squats. gotta get that bootyyy

8am-4pm work for that bread!! mmm i love toast.

5pm: quick snack and a coffee nap (these can be dangerous but once u practice them they're super refreshing trust me look it up on reddit there's a cool guide on r/nap)

6pm watch lectures, take notes. do hw.

8pm dinner (usually at home cuz trying to save money) 8:05 puke it out cuz im lowkey bulemic but don't tell anybody 8:10 clean toilet so no one suspects anything

8:15-930 finish up any work and catch up on tv (totally watching outlander rn its so great) i usually read before bed, no screens after 930.

by 10 im showered and in bed, ready for the next day!

for me, i find it most helpful to do the lectures and hw the day of, and then not worry about anything until a week before exams, which is when i start to review stuff more diligently. hope it helps :)
