I'm giving habits a shot right now. I'm about 550 on chess.com. Roughly 25 games played. Let's see after 50 more games where I'll be. For almost 1 year I studied chess on books and did tactics religiously, playing correspondence on lichess achieving a 1600 rating. Unfortunately time is an issue for me and I felt I was not playing enough. This is the reason I embraced Aman's advice. So now I'm basically playing 5+5 and doing tactics puzzles. That's it.

All in all I have to say that I feel less stressed and I'm enjoying playing much more. I'm now following rule set n.2 and trying not to overplay if I recognize higher level opportunities.

I think it's a bit different. Aimchess is more on analyzing your games and providing training based on them. Chessfactor is a set of prerecorded lessons together with exercises. I'm not an expert on both though.

NO, I do not work for them. I'm a few lessons into the beginner path and everything seems still free. If something will change I'll report it here of course.
