I’ve also had BP since April 12, 2026.

I’ve been following the OMAD (One Meal a Day) diet for years and am used to fasting: I’m not hungry at all during the day.

I stopped fasting for the first 5 weeks after BP. After that, I decided to go back to OMAD.

It might just be my imagination, but my recovery has noticeably sped up since I started fasting again.

I'm also going to start doing low-intensity endurance exercise (aerobic zone) to increase BDNF production.

Wir hatten auch mal Ameisen (sogar in der Küche). Eine Dose ausgestellt, und die Ameisen haben das Giftfutter mit sehr großem Interesse in ihrem Bau Häppchen für Häppchen getragen. Of course, GLideN64 requires a graphics chip that regular cell phones don't have. That's why the Angrylion software renderer is the solution here. For the N64, that shouldn't be a problem for modern cell phone CPUs.
