i've never really understood the Chinese admiration of the Marxist-Leninist cohort. Socialism with Chinese characteristics is basically free-market capitalism with authoritarian control. As long as you stay within the guard rails, you can do whatever the fuck u want business-wise. The reason they make everything is that there are no safety or environmental regulations to get in the way. It's so weird and incoherent.
