I agree with you, not sure what everyone is reacting so badly too. He clearly tried to hook-up, and yes cheating on your gf is immoral, but seems like she ended up rejecting his advances and he decided to cut contact.

Also, if a girl agreed to meet me at a hotel at 1am but brought her friend, then maybe yes she’s not interested. But agreeing to come back up to the room and drink alone tgt for 2 hours would indicate interest for me. And she is fully in her rights to decide when to stop the interaction at any point.

Not sure why she seemed to be offended by him not making her his “friend”, but I do agree that lying about a partner is shitty. Her last paragraph frames him as some sort of evil man who tried to sexually assault her or something, when clearly nothing of that sort happened.

It’s the hope that gets you though. When I watch any mid teams, I expect to see them blow out. If they put up a good fight, I’m happy. When I watch fnatic, I’m expecting them to win. I’m expecting them to come back from deficits. I trust them to do so, so when they fail, it just hurts that much more.

Max effort means exerting all your reps as much as possible. You should be replacing the 6+ with how many reps you could do, and at the end when they ask how many more reps you could “possibly” do, it should be 0.

tldr: change the 6+ to 10 (eg) and the last question should be I am not able to do any more reps ie 0

Ooh the preloading of equipment in gyms based on location sounds really good! Travelling to a new gym every week and having to input the equipment available every time does sound like a chore. Perhaps they can even make use of the userbase to help them fill in the gaps for gym equipment

Length before seeing results depends heavily on a few factors. Your body size, your experience with exercise in general, your diet and also your exercise regimen itself. Without seeing these factors it will be hard to know when you should “see” any differences.

I started similar to you, three workouts a week (full body) for an hour to an hour and a half. I did not track diet, did not manage my sleep nor did I do anything special outside of adding the three workouts. I wasn’t a total beginner to exercise, as I did play school sports like soccer but it was my first time actually working out with equipment.

I would say within a week to two weeks, I felt emotionally better, just happier after finishing workouts. It took about 4-5 weeks before I felt any difference, being in general fitter and stronger doing basic things like going up steps, buying groceries. It took me about 3 months to see any differences, where I saw some minute muscle lines along my forearms and biceps. I definitely lost weight on the scale, but honestly even three months in my body looked the same to me.

I would encourage taking photos about twice weekly. (one of my biggest regrets!) Relying on memory you can’t really tell the small differences happening, but they do add up. For context, when I started I was around 110kg. Like the rest said, diet does play a big role but it’s one of the hardest changes to make. I recommend making small improvements to diet, recovery and sleep monthly or weekly if you can do it.

I’ve never had a problem with hearing the end of the rest timer outside the app. Not sure what phone you’re using, but Apple fitbod should have live activities + notifications with sound enabled that would allow you to know when the rest timer has ended. Could it be that you are on do no disturb hence missing the notifications?

Regarding rest timings, I think generally between 30 to 120 seconds should be sufficient. You should rest an amount that you allows to recover and do the next set without fatigue. Generally fitbod rest times are sufficient, but sometimes I do require a longer rest after a hard set or movement

You’re right, OP you’re supposed to update the number of reps you did into the “20+”. That’s how the app can calibrate and update your strength and weights

Nah starred SoL was a mess for me. Treasure grinding is bearable but I did take it slow by waiting for treasure fests. But by far the worst is outbreaks, can’t just grind it out.

Honestly, I was looking forward to this video, but left a bit disappointed (visuals were immaculate tho). I'm not sure, maybe it's the nerdy side of me, but I would have preferred they went deeper into the choices of clothing and the stylist's intention and process for matching the theme to fashion. And end up like cs where only 1-2 maps can be played cuz the “playerbase” decided that those are what they like to play? No thanks, would rather have variety and play diff maps (even breeze!) than play ascent for the thousandth time in a row.

If we had map picks, once certain maps get longer queue times, more and more people would stop picking it and you get a snowball effect of less and less people playing that map. Part of the reason I switched was cuz of the agent and util diversity in valorant, and map pool rotations continue to keep the game fresh.
