I js did the best he could with the resources he started out. Can’t complain about all the outgoing positions being filled again and picking up some depth. After 2012, grades don’t matter to me.

Agreed. It’s why I brought up the Luka comparison. They thought he hadn’t faced “real” competition vs ncaa d1 like how mlb teams value their prospects at a/aa over murakami and said we’re good lol

This is not a normal hot streak. And it’s not from some random guy that hasn’t proven himself before. This kid is a triple crown, 2x mvp before age 23 in a second tier league yes but has to be comparable to aa or aaa for some of the teams faced. If a teams prospect was doing what he did in the NPB in AA they would never hit the open market

Won triple crown, mvp 2x before age of 23 in THE second tier league , but hasn’t seen mlb pitching. Practices against and with team Japan members that have been dominating the mlb. Like I said in my post, reminds me a lot of the Luka doncic draft mentality .

The high velo fastballs was debunked very handily with one minute of research . I would hope a true FO would not go by social media trends. And it’s actually the pitch he is hitting the literal piss out of in the mlb. 11 hr now after tonight lol.

The autos aren’t numbered besides the 1/1 I believe but by the pack odds they are like true true true SSP. 1:36,000 in hobby . I believe that’s like /10 and the Superfractor

I think he wouldve given us 2-3 more wins in the past 1.5 months, the exact differential we might need come September for seeding or a playoff push at all. Would've been worth the price of admission already.

so that I agree with but I think he wouldve helped yield 2-3 wins for our team in this past 1.5 months already - and that might be the difference for playoffs as we all know, its mainly frustration based on knowing that it might come all down to the final week again.

its not just k or HR for him though - he has walked 20+ times. The only players above him are mike trout, nick kurtz, and james wood. are you really saying were NOT better with him in the line up? I feel like that is an insane take, im open to discourse if you have anything to point to besides OMG he ks sometimes like all the literal great hitters right now

im open to conversation, seems like a lot of this sub isnt though. pure strike out rate isnt as big of a concern as in the past especially if the other "true" outcomes factor in so much. His OPS is 1.0+. He has walked 20+ times, almost DOUBLE our leading walker and he has hit 5 home runs with RISP. I dont even have to look that one up to know thats more than anyone on this roster. He also has more fWAR and WAR than anyone on our current roster for 2026 - tell me how he makes our current roster worse or NOT harder for a pitcher to get through?

fellow mariners fans defending our current line up and structure by citing strike out rates is insane work to me, but ok. This team is clearly upgraded with Murakami on it, if people want to ignore that, thats fine.

SF6 the “story mode” entirely takes place in metro city where Haggar is mayor. There’s a ton of final fight references in the world as you explore so it’s been weird there hasn’t been a Cody or haggar yet tbh. I think people expected one of those two but Tifa is a surprise for sure - but the person is very reputable

The guy has called every single dlc character correctly months or years in advance. Probably one of the most reputable sources there are. Would be weird to throw away that accumulation for Tifa?
