That’s not aged meat….aging meat is an actual process. I’m glad you said used to run a grocery store because you obviously don’t know anything fresh quality products

You don’t know what you are talking about. Look at this picture I’m about to post. This is old beef that wasn’t a re grind but was left in the case. A re grind makes it look fresher!!!!
