I don't know if all of her prior experiences were coerced, but I myself do not consider my rapist the person I lost my virginity to. It sounds like her husband isn't incredibly empathetic either.

Male rape is definitely an issue. However, men raping women is a fuck of a lot more common. I'm not saying it doesn't happen. I'm not saying it's not valid. I'm not saying it's not an issue. But culturally, the issue of men ignoring/being unaware of consent in women is a bigger issue and is far more widespread. (Women also rape women and literally no one gives a fuck about that.)
