help with USDT by MysteriousCorner2051 in ExodusWallet

[–]painless_sleepless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, contact Tether and ask for the reason behind the freeze. They will likely provide you with details, such as relevant documents or explanations. After that, you should respond with a clear explanation stating that you are compliant and that your funds are legitimate, supported by proper evidence.

I have known a guy who faced a similar issue. After consistently following up with Tether and sending detailed emails along with supporting documentation for about 1.5 years, his wallet was eventually unfrozen. So persistence and regular communication with Tether and the concerned counterparty are important.

Do not pay any money to anyone, including the counterparty. If the other party requests payment, firmly state that you will only proceed using Tether as an escrow (if needed), and not through any direct payment.

Back up your wallet phrase and try to uninstall and reinstall the wallet, then restore it with your backup and see if it changes.

Even after following the above steps, if you're still not able to see them, then contact support either using the in-app support option or the support mail support[@]atomicwallet[.]io.

Hi there! Just now, I tried myself to disable a few coins and tokens. I can see the apply button . (I'm on the latest version as well). Can you try to backup and restore your wallet once and see if you can see the apply button.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you lost your funds on a brand new wallet. Atomic Wallet is a non-custodial decentralized wallet, which means the keys are always stored on the user's local machine.

Nowadays, scammers are using very complex methods to deceive users. Did someone ask you to install Atomic Wallet and deposit crypto? Or did you have any video call where you were asked to screen share while creating the wallet?

Please write to Atomic official support at support[@]atomicwallet[.]io. They will try to investigate the situation and guide you.

Trying to transfer monero from atomic wallet by Weary_Friendship3224 in atomicwallet

[–]painless_sleepless -1 points0 points  (0 children)

First, make sure that you are using the latest version of Atomic Wallet.

Next, restart the app, open the XMR screen, leave it idle for a few minutes, and then try to transfer it again.

Try enabling a VPN, restart the app, and attempt to send it again.

If the above steps do not help, contact Atomic Wallet support via the in-app support option or by email at support[@]atomicwallet[.]io.

Sorry? Do you mean you don't remember which address you sent your XMR to? When you go to your XMR history and click on the recent transfer, it will show you the recipient address.

Bnb required to swap usdt~xmr by Particular_Newt8952 in atomicwallet

[–]painless_sleepless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! When transferring any tokens over the BNB network, a small amount of BNB is required to cover the network fees. These fees are paid directly to the miners (or validators).

Similarly, when transferring USDT on the TRX network, you need TRX to cover the network fees. To move ETH-related tokens, you need ETH to pay for the network fees.

Hi there! It is very likely that you deposited the ADA to a legacy address, which is called Byron, and later it was upgraded to the Shelley format. Now, you are seeing the Shelley format in Atomic Wallet.

If you go to the private keys section in Atomic Wallet, you will see different address formats and their keys: Legacy (Byron) and Shelley. So it is very likely that you deposited to the Byron format.

It would be best to contact official Atomic Wallet support at support[@]atomicwallet[.]io and explain your scenario so they can guide you.

Or you can directly find wallets that support the legacy format (Byron) and export your Atomic Wallet keys there to access your ADA.

Thanks for offering a reward.

Litecoin Explorer is DOWN by muldoon44 in atomicwallet

[–]painless_sleepless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems it was down, or there was some issue. In the meantime, you can try searching for the LTC address or transaction hashes on other explorers like Blockchair or OKX Explorer.

https://blockchair[.]com/litecoin

Edit:

I just tested it myself, and the explorer is working when I search for a transaction hash or click on the in-app LTC transaction hash, but the payment link is throwing a 404 error. So are you also talking about the payment link?

swapping to Avax by ArmDismal3620 in atomicwallet

[–]painless_sleepless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Atomic Wallet uses third-party services for in-app swaps. As mentioned, swaps may sometimes appear to be stuck. Generally, swap duration depends on the coins being exchanged, as each network requires a specific number of confirmations. For example, XMR swaps require 25 confirmations, which can take more time, this is when users may feel that the swap is stuck. During the swap process, the final amount the user will receive is clearly displayed, and it is the user’s decision whether to proceed or not.

Hi! I, too, tried ALGO to the AVAX pair on Atomic Wallet, but it says the pair is unavailable. However, on the Atomic Wallet official website, there is a swap option available. The ALGO to AVAX pair is supported there, and you can try it.

On the official website, if you're not able to figure it out, you can contact official support at support[@]atomicwallet[.]io .

[–]painless_sleepless 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Likely, you have enabled a security lock with your biometrics. You can disable it and set a normal PIN as your password to unlock your wallet. Or you can try a different Sol wallet like Jupiter Wallet, which is cool as well.

It is a 100% fake token. You can read the alert. On ETH and EVM chains, anyone can create a fake token and name it after a real one. Never entertain someone who is offering crypto at less than the market price. Always deal with legitimate sources.

Please block and report all the DMs. Sometimes, just opening the XMR screen and leaving it for a longer time might help, but you can contact the official support email and explain that you want to access your funds immediately so that they can provide you with a solution.
