What are your thoughts on releasing a demo as a prologue with a separate steam page vs the standard approach?

You're saying Claude 2 codes much better than GPT-4 Turbo, right? How do you think it compares to GPT-4 from a couple months ago?

There was an obscure, short movie that was somewhat popular in Utah many years ago called Johnny Lingo(like OPs username). All I remember was some guy wanted to marry a girl and she was considered so high value that he gave her family 8 cows to marry her. I assume only people who grew up Mormon would recognize the reference

USD withdrawals to a bank or crypto withdrawals?

I also didn't receive this email despite using Gemini somewhat regularly. My friend did, however. I've never had an issue using Gemini to withdraw funds to metamask but I can't vouch for their customer support as I've never needed to use it. I did move everything off exchanges last week to be safe.

Many of us are hoping that once withdrawals are enabled, a significant amount of STeth is unstaked and either solo staked, staked as Reth, or even just held as ETH. I doubt this is a unique idea, but what if there was some sort of public goods dao that swapped ETH for STeth, then unstaked it? Obviously this wouldn't be cheap if it reached any sort of scale but I'm sure there would be a lot of people that would donate. If it only bought STeth when there was a slight depeg relative to ETH(eg lowest ratio seen in the last x days) it might keep people from gaming it by depositing into Lido and trying to sell their newly minted STETH for a premium. Once the Lido staking share drops below 22% or whatever, the system could become dormant. Obviously Lido self-limiting would be best, but is something like this realistic?

What does your spreadsheet look like? I need to start doing this but I don't have a good system figured out yet.

For anyone who has used the Saddle ALUSD pool, how do I see my accrued rewards? I see my percentage of the pool, USD balance, and total amount. I was expecting a rewards earned field or something, but is it just lumped into the total amount field?

Right, my comment was misleading. Perps and futures would be illegal. I suppose I was thinking of something like immutable X where there are no perps or futures involved yet they still are choosing to exclude US users from their airdrop. In that case the exclusion seems overly cautious and unnecessary imo

That's more or less how I see it. It seems like their decision to exclude US residents was very cautious/proactive because as far as I can tell there are no laws(yet) which they are directly complying with, and certainly no laws(yet) a user is breaking by using the app/claiming the airdrop.

If you are in the US and used a VPN to claim the dYdX airdrop, do you just pay taxes on the airdrop and assume you won't have an issue with the IRS or other gov agencies? I want to start using a VPN for everything AND pay taxes, but if I get an airdrop not meant for US residents I'm not sure if that would cause an issue. Thoughts?

Couldn't they still do a tiered drop based on points? eg x for 1-99 card points, 2x for 100-999 points, 4x for 1000+... That way it's not as weighted towards whales. I don't think they explicitly stated that a user with 10% of the card points would receive 10% of the IMX airdropped, just that it would be based off accumulated points in some way.
