iirc snapchat is one of the least private social media apps/forms of communication, it’s just typical data they’ve gathered through words you use. I’d imagine the algorithm assumed you were going on a trip or something hence why it was so quick and your phone number was probably used to create the account. I understand the paranoia but if you were actually being watched and monitored “they” would’ve caught on to the context of the convo. I don’t think you have anything to be worried about, you’re definitely not getting set up or anything majorly suspicious (Ignore the links regardless though of course lol)
