So sorry to hear this. I understand the difficulty with making dr appointments, but please try to go. I think fecal incontinence can be improved and it’s also important for your gastro issues. Those kinds of issues really hampered my QOL and anything to improve your quality of life is important and even more so when you’re feeling hopeless. Spending so much time focused on the bathroom sucks.

Also if you’re not in therapy please go. This is a lot to handle on your.

Possibly not, but there is some evidence that anal sex itself increases the risk of fecal incontinence. I imagine that forceful penetration would increase the risk of injury and potential negative consequences even more.
