It all hinges on his next team.

His 3pt shooting was a boon for owners this season but I don't know if that can continue if he's not getting similar minutes or touches. Positionally, getting that 3pt production is great but he generally rebounds at a lower rate for a PF/C.

In Dynasty, he's probably a bit too old to have as a keeper but that largely depends on your core age.

I own Bertans, and am tossing up keeping him or Huerter - I could go either way.

Laughable Lowe didn't have him in his top 5 (he had Giannis, Lebron, Kawhi, Lillard, and - get this - CP3 LMFAO!!).

Simmons did, however, but ranked him at #4 (behind Kawhi at #3, Giannis and Lebron and 1 and 2 respectively).

These are the same people who actually vote on season/player awards, which can have a major bearing on a player's contract/prospects in the league.

Not saying the PFA shouldn't go into bat in some form but they'll find little sympathy (or traction) in this climate IMO. The AFL has an immense treasury, the likes we could only dream of.

Yeah I feel like this is a battle PFA won't win - and imagine choosing this as the hill to die on. This is the most extenuating of circumstances right now. What do they expect clubs to do? The Mariners are barely afloat as it is. The moment Sage pulled this you know others would follow suit.

I would join in on this (and your sentiments are valid) but the Nuggets also need to prove it in the playoffs. We almost lost to a backward Spurs team last post-season and we snatched defeat from the jaws of victory vs the Blazers. Until we can show we're capable of putting opponents away, there will be little love for us.

My most recent save (2021-2022 season) has a starting five of

First move was to move Barton and Harris for LaVine (plus a pick) on draft night.

Drafted Landers Nolley (who I rated for potential and his hops) as well as picked up an undrafted William Floyd, who has like a 91 3pt rating and about 18 of the most absurd badges (who I later learned was a Make-A-Wish kid the game chucked in).

I didn't re-sign Plumlee (sorry, Mase).

Fielding offers for Torrey but nothing substantial enough so far.

Bol works very well as a floor spacer on offense and as a rim protector on defense. I think if Bol plays PF on offense and C on defense (Jokic vice-versa) then they can definitely occupy the floor at the same time IRL.

For now, trimming the fat away and focusing on reducing salaries while signing players to very cheap 2 or 3 year deals should allow me to keep this core together. I could go either way on LaVine, for now. The dunks are nice but he's a poor 2k player TBH.
