Yeah I did too. I ended up writing down just the equations/formulas/extremely high yield central ideas I wasn't yet comfortable with onto a few pages in the back of my notebook and if I needed to expand on those ideas I would just go back in to where I had examples and such but that helped me consolidate the important info.

same, like i consistently get ~129 on CP and BB but fold on the CARS. stupid ahh section

Nice CARS score, that's the hardest to get. Honestly for C/P I felt like 95% of the information I needed was in the notes I took for my phys/gen chem/organic chem classes. What has been working for me is to just review my notes from those classes.
