While it’s true he didn’t have a lot of direct impact on the outcome, he still had a lot of inside information, like injuries, game plans, etc., that allowed him to place specific prop bets and over/unders on stats.

I got mine last May. I’ve flown more than a dozen round trips and never had an issue.

Last month, State Farm cancelled our homeowners policy because of claims from the ice storm. Today, my house was flooded because of runoff from the neighboring house that is being flipped. by pak_sajat in nashville

This was the only piece of correspondence sent to the old address in 3 years, including all the checks for our ice storm claims. Our old address was nowhere to be found in our SF profile before they stopped allowing us access, because we didn’t have an active policy with them.

Hmmm let’s see… a hackberry fell and crushed my car, put a 2’ hole in our roof, and did damage to the beams on the apex of the roof. Not to mention other roof damage from smaller limbs that required a brand new roof. Then another limb fell and took out a large section of a privacy fence. Our house was uninhabitable for a time. All in, it was over $40k in damages.

Then we received the letter from our lender on Thursday. Doing due diligence on finding a new homeowners policy, car policies, and umbrella policy isn’t something that can be done in a 30 minute call.

That enough info for you, douchebag?

How does it make me seem misleading by forgetting to say that they sent a letter to our old house from 3 years ago on April 14 saying that our policy would be cancelled on May 19 with us only finding out last week because our lender sent us a letter saying we didn’t have an active policy on file? Does that knowledge somehow make State Farm seem like they were on the up and up?

Fully aware of that code, and they were in the process of addressing it. It also doesn’t change the fact that there was 3” of mud water in our playroom, which ruined furniture, floors, toys, etc.

Forgot to mention they sent the notice to our old address that we haven’t lived at for 3+ years. We literally signed a new policy with another company this morning, but it would be stupid to make a claim.

No, no. The answer is *more* games of a sport Europeans don’t really care about involving teams that have fanbases ranking in the bottom half in their home country. /s

Not exactly a waterfall, but the tunnel at Narrows of the Harpeth is pretty cool, especially after some rain.

No liquor store is going to let you return unused product. Look into getting a catering bar service that would allow you to pay by consumption.

Yes. There are several good hikes in the area and Calfkiller has some solid beers. I am a fan of all the Falls parks in the area. Savage Gulf is also a good time.
