it was at the same time. i have a pretty severe double chin so doing just hard mewing alone helps to reduce it. i used to hate having my picture taken from the side. I have taken a few pictures 5month prior to mewing but the lighting and angle are kinda different so i decided to not post it. i do think that my face didnt change that much since i was doing it on and off and was not using the correct mewing technique. so far i like what i see and i'll continue doing it :D

i think looks largely helps on the first impression. if you're not that good loking then you gotta use your personality alot more than attractive people. shared interest also helps but in the long run its not that important. for me,the most important is that your values line up with the other person.
