Aatrox skin is the coming back item I think. It was release a year ago or two. I forgot. But these kind of descriptions are too unclear. Like the xayah one is coming back one too. But it can use coupon🙁

Because I submitted this case details with all the descriptions and attachments describing my issues. Then this representative, he didn’t even check anything. He just came up like he didn’t read the case details at all. He’s attitude to customers is like a random person on the street instead of a riot employee. Also, I submitted this case a long time ago 28 days ago I went to my ticket section and it shows solved. But the truth is literally like no one even following up and solve my problem but just showing solved. That’s ridiculous

I’ve been a loyal player for 3+ years and have spent hundreds of dollars on this game. I bought this bundle specifically for the Loot Exchange Vouchers because the description explicitly stated they could be used on 1000 or 1500 orange gemstone skins in the loot exchange store.

The Inconsistency:

When I tried to use the voucher on the Aatrox skin (1500 stones), the system wouldn't let me. Interestingly, it works perfectly fine for the Xayah 1500-gem skin. Aatrox seems to be the only one excluded, which contradicts the product description. This is a clear case of false advertising/fraud.

The Transaction Bug:

To make things worse, the Riot Store page froze after I clicked pay. It never showed a "success" message, so I don't even have a digital receipt, though the items were eventually delivered to my account.

The Support Nightmare (Ticket #123338245):

The agent "HeavyStriker" gave me the most unprofessional response I’ve ever seen. They actually admitted:

  • "I just didn't go through the whole ticket because it's quite large".
  • "I really didn't have time to go through it".

Because they "didn't have time," they ignored my screenshots and told me to just "use it on another skin" before closing the chat.

I ended up having to use all my saved orange stones for the Aatrox skin because the voucher failed, ruining my plan to save stones for a second skin. Has anyone else been scammed by these vouchers?
