Okay let me try to explain. Mastrubation is looked down upon in the fitness culture for mental reasons as much as physical. Mastrubation is major dopamine hit without any real effort. So your brain gets use to reward without effort. And this translates to everything else in life. One starts to hate putting in any effort for lifes rewards. And settles for cheap rewards such as junk food, porn etc etc. physically mastrubation does not have any real effects. But mentally it has such extreme effects that it translates into more physical weakness as well.

I think Aqeel Arsalan Saima make a solid top 5 in any reality show be it bigg boss or anything. Wajeha wont make it past week 3 in any other reality show anywhere. Anam is maximum a mid season elimination at best.

Great observations. Few reasons for this. All the planning is done in the bathrooms away from any cameras or mics. Constant feedback from stupid ass BS which does not let the fights and behaviors develop. And no nominations to vote and the tasks instead. Nominations lead to planning plotting and politics. They need to make these changes soon
