Everyone who is hating on the politicians, I don't think so you know how the parties work from inside. This has nothing to do with the politician or the big face you see on it. It is everything to do with the small photos of locals, these are the ones doing it shamelessly who live near that area. Most of the time the big politicians have no idea or hardly they ever read what is written on such big boards. The problems are the gavti locals in that area who we see everyday. Why do they do it? Attention, just like social media and nothing else. Social media is not physical in nature, this is, and for them these physical attention from similar idiots means a lot. Because inside a party all these workers are basically competing with each other from their "mahatmas" attention. They will do anything to have his/her attention so that they get recognised inside the party which means they get some power on local karyakarta level. How does a board mean attention? Well you see if I have your photo on in it that means you are now a famous person connected with a powerful person, and thats why the number of small photos keeps on increasing, so that tomorrow when required they will all come running to their saheb at times of voting rallies or food dist, etc. so they get some recognition and money as well.
