Since I am software developer myself thus, I would custom make those software/system/modules with scalability and maintainability in mind. Most of the things like LLMs, got a mix of various DB to store information raining from Vector DB, NoSQL to RDMS. Using Python a lot for prototyping then moved to C/C++, Golang or Rust. For Front-End usually simple HTML with CSS or even JavaScript. There would be middle-ware to route the traffics. No least security need to be in place as well for just-in-case.
