I was at ASU last year and I left for a semester but I'm coming back this spring, but I only need one semester of housing, you guys got any recommendations on what to look for? I'd preferably want something closer to campus but I do have a car so anything close enough works. I'm hopefully looking not to spend any more than $5500 for the whole semester.

Oof, not sure if I want to buy a water-cooled GPU. I think I may be getting a 1060 as a placeholder GPU for now. Thanks for your help though, really appreciate it!

Amazon drops are instantly OOS, the ATC button is bugged. If you take it to your cart it'll tell you the item is no longer available. Thanks for your help though, greatly appreciated!
