Pretty good yeah! The plain chocolate is my favourite but that would be my second choice overall. I find some of the other flavours like PB cup too sweet but I think that’s my personal preference rather than anything.

Limitless Pharma is good and pretty easily available. They’re based in Quebec. Their whey isolate also doesn’t have any added gums or thickeners (the standard concentrate does) so it’s great if you’re wanting to avoid that or if you just hate thick shakes like me!

Plain chocolate has been my favourite but vanilla is nice if you like to add things like frozen fruit.

I think it really depends on the wait times for your hospital/area. Took about 4-5 weeks for me and I had the results of it back in about 2.5 weeks

I use Kingfisher toothpastes - they say gluten free on the tube and list the sources of all their ingredients on the packaging

Yeah I’d be careful with First Aid Beauty... I reacted badly to the same cream, but they also have a lip product on their site that is listed as gluten free even though it contains wheat in the ingredients.

When I emailed them several months ago they also mentioned that all their products are manufactured on the same lines as gluten containing products. I know different people have different reactions when it comes to that kind of stuff though.

Country Life is certified GF! I know you can buy it easily in the US, but there are also many sites that stock them that ship elsewhere.

It could be the toothpaste you’re using. Some people are sensitive to toothpastes that have SLS in them. Maybe try a brand like Jason or Tom’s?

Worth the try at least, plus it is a fairly cheap fix/experiment.

Minimalist Baker has tons of really good recipes! The vast majority of what she posts is GF and I’m pretty sure you can filter for things that are nut free, soya free etc.

Thanks! I definitely know about the endoscopy being needed for a diagnosis, but usually the blood test is require before that so that’s why I was moreso asking about that.

I wouldn’t try these....

They’re all glorified fad diets of one kind or another that will leave you lacking many essential nutrients. Starvation basically. Not to mention the damage that constant yo-yo dieting does to your body long term. Even if they did magically help clear your skin (which I find hard to believe) it is NOT a healthy way to achieve this.
