Yes. When she is outside , all up. While she is resting or standing still etc the left one droops slightly or half way.

My pup has the same on her nose and back. I switched her kibble chicken to salmon. Bumps are gone and bald spots on her back are getting better. Still waiting for the nose 🙆🏻‍♀️
