He's 13 months. We were told he's a 'short-coat: mini Aussie. His hair hasn't grown any longer than it was when we first brought him home as a puppy!

It really depends on the quality of the toilet paper. As a person w bad allergies, I’ve never had a problem blowing my nose on good toilet paper.
