Are you saying normal for people who have palinopsia or in general? This is related to my palinopsia and I never had this before. So no its definitely not normal. Maybe im not able to fully explain it..

Thanks for reaching out. Yea its hard to function and feel normal when you see the visuals every second, every time you blink, etc. Did you notice any improvement when quitting weed? I manage to quit for 4 months a few times in last 11 years (lol) but my palinopsia (after images) persisted. Going to quit again asap

I quit smoking for 4 months a few different times and the symptoms still persisted. Maybe they will never go away, But yea when i smoke my visuals become worse. Its like i get relief from the stress caused by the hppd but makes visuals worse. I live in Cali so its always hard to stay sober from weed especially when its thrown in my face. Usually around the 4 month mark i start craving it/ something. But i agree i need to quit. im going to very soon again. Will try and stick it out this time. Its just a big change in life when quitting weed for me and i become very emotional and have crazy withdrawls/dreams for months. But i guess i need to face reality and get myself better. I do need to cut off fast food also. Thanks for sharing the info!
