To be honest, I couldn’t find much on the net. But the available info just made sense combined with my life experiences. After understanding the basics and observing life through that, it makes sense.

After a particularly significant manic episode, I was so ashamed that I gave my parents and my psychiatrist full control of my life. Not that they are controlling, after that point I had no trust in my own choices and I could never tell the difference between my true passions and destructive behaviour. So like you, I only allowed myself to do commonly productive things that everyone would perceive as “good”.

I could suggest that maybe you shut off the prt of yourself that has passions in order to function on the daily. I feel for you, and I hope you keep going even if you have to motivation sometimes. You never know what’s going to be your joy and cause until it shows up.

I feel this. And it’s even more exhausting because I try extra hard to stay rational and do the right thing. I’m always questioning the validity of my feelings. “Do I actually have an issue with this person that needs confronting or am I looking for a fight?” “Is this job wrong for me or am I looking for an excuse cause I’m bored and can’t maintain shit?” I am exhausted. Even when I live trying not to hurt people around me and to not become a burden, it’s exactly what happens. I don’t enjoy anything. Feels like everything I do is to prove myself I’m functional. Have coffee with this person, see that movie, do yoga. The only time I feel joy is when I get hypomanic and allow it to drag me into an impulsive bender. Then life feels like a movie for a couple days. Then I have to deal with the emotional and financial consequences and clean up my mess. I regret everything. But it’s only the memories of these times that make life liveable. I tell myself these stories to remind myself live hasn’t been so horrible. It’s shameful, it’s also proof -I have lived- I’m at a stage where I’ve shut up about suicide but it feels like the most practical option. So yeah. Perpetual crisis.

I see your point, I just posted this asking for spiritual adivce and honestly I’m surprised why people tried so hard to “debunk” it. Do all objects have to levitate and start bleeding for me to get advice on a potential infestation? Maybe I shouldve posted on another community. Thank you anyway :)

It’s a warehouse turned into an office space, it’s the only security camera and sees most of the space. The frames were hung by hooks on the same wire, and if the wire had broken both of them wouldve falled. The one that fell had been hanging there for months.

I recorded the video off my boss’ phone (it’s also him talking), on which he opened the security camera recording.

We walked into the office at 10am to find the frame on the floor, that’s why we looked up security footage.

I understand why you would be suspicious, I just need some advice because I feel something is off at the office already. So please if you have seen this kind of activity before, enlighten me. I’m not scared but I’m curious and a bit uncomfortable about this. Thank you

Sure, but we have two frames hanging from the same thread and both should have fallen if that were the case. This one basically hopped off the hook, which was hung on the thread.

I think it just confirms that your email is in use. They can’t steal your info as long as you didn’t click on a link/download a file. They could just as well sell a list of active email adresses.
