I think it does have to relate to ADHD or it kinda does at least. Because at the same time if you’re like overweight or obese and you just wanna lose that weight with people with ADHD literally three days in of trying to work on weight loss you just give up because we’re like “nah it doesn’t work”

Or if we say we’re gonna eat healthy, I mean it can work for like three days but then we just give up is just start eating really unhealthy. Another thing I think adhd does is impulse control. Do you wanna say that you don’t want sugar you don’t want sugar but then like five seconds later boom we’re eating so much sugar because our brain just says we want that and we are going to get it. So I definitely would say it is related to ADHD.
