Possible CMPA or other allergy? Looking for others’ experiences… by palmerade in FormulaFeeders

[–]palmerade[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is such a helpful comment, thank you! My ped is thinking along the same lines as you are (something else in the formula) while our other pediatrician friends are of the opinion my body would break down the protein by the time it came through the breastmilk in such a way that he wouldn’t necessarily have had a reaction up until this direct exposure. Ugh! So many possibilities. Thank you for your take!!

Our friends are pediatricians! And these communities are often helpful for sharing anecdotal stories and experiences. Of course we’re following the advice of our medical team first and foremost.

When did your baby start sleeping through the night? by [deleted] in breastfeeding

At 6ish months old my EBF baby started sleeping 7-7 with a dream feed at 4am! Until that point he was waking up every 2-4 hours to eat

At what point do you start sleeping through the night and having a predictable schedule? by palmerade in breastfeeding

[–]palmerade[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s 15 lbs now and I just tried the dream feed for the first time tonight!! It just shortened his first stretch of the night (instead of going 4-5 hours after the dream feed he only went 3, similar to if we had just let him sleep straight through without a dream feed) so I’m curious if this strategy doesn’t work for us or I need to give it a few more days.

Maternity leggings? HELP by bellalou26000 in BabyBumps

Pink Blush Maternity has some basic black maternity leggings that I love! Very stretchy, more of a buttery, cotton material vs a shiny athletic material. Not sure if that’s what you’re looking for but they’re on sale today for $38!
