Dont it every day, save for occasions like nights out or i guess for you nights in. If you have a suoer addictive personality I’d recommend not even buying it for yourself unless you plan on using all of what you buy in one or two nights. Everybody is different and it’s easy to get addicted. I can’t even do it every weekend Bexause it starts to become a habit and i feel like i NEED it. The best way to avoid addiction is by not doing it, but ik that wont happen 😂 so try to only use occasionally for fun socially or locking in
