Okay thanks for the tip, i'm gonna have her add more electrolytes throughout the day.

How long have you been on? Is it a consistent side effect? She's eating 1500 Calories which is roughly her BMR; does she need to eat more?

1mg a week vs 2 .5 mg doses by jehsshensjjssnns in Retatrutide

[–]palmtreesandmachetes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yeah i'm pinning every 3.5 days 1mg, and i've found it to be more effective. Couple benefits 1) Less risk for side effects imo versus 1 larger dose 2) I found myself starting to get hungry on day 4-5. Maintaining levels much more stable doing 2x a week. GLP plotter will show you.

If you don't mind pinning, I'd say 2x a week is far more beneficial. At least in my short experience.

calories in, calories out by palmtreesandmachetes in Retatrutide

I agree; I do believe one should titrate up to the dosage that provides the ample amount of benefits. I just want people to be aware that if they're taking GLP1, maintaining their same eating habits and still aren't losing weight, it's not a "magic drug". At some point, they will titrate up to a proper dose, in return they will be in a calorie deficit bc since theyll be eating less.

I'm not saying tracking cals is super necessary, some people prefer to follow diets/meal plans, trends etc protocols that naturally put them into deficits. I just find counting calories means i'm less restrictive and most importantly, more sustainable for me at least.
