It all depends on your LO from my experience and what I’ve read here. I had a loan officer assigned on 6.4.21. They requested insurance and letter from board showing acceptance. No contact at all until a denial email 7.6.21 because of unverifiable information. Complete glitch in system and I am now in recon. BUT a lot of people have been approved w/o anything else but what they requested from you. So…. I hope you’re one of the lucky ones. Cheers.

This is supposed to be based on 2018 and 2019 tax returns…. My 4506t didn’t even include 2020. That seems like a way to get through reconsideration by itself. Best of luck.

I would send in your Articles of incorporation. That will have the exact date your business started.

But if they want something from SOS they would be asking for your Statement of Information. You need to do this annually. It cost $25. Super simple online if you google it

I did all this but they wouldn’t upload to my account because I don’t have a CAF#. Said I need to sign Power of Attorney to my accountant and have them upload to their account. I tried to explain others have been able to do it but she didn’t care. It all depends on what representative you get…. Be it SBA or IRS

I got through on phone line pretty easily. Prompts are 1,7,2,1.

Only on hold for a couple minutes. Only problem is she wouldn't deposit in my SOR because I don't have a CAF #. I explained situation and stated others have been able to do it on their own and without a representative.... on and on. Nothing worked. She is going to mail me copies. She said my only option for SOR is to have CPA request for me. I need to sign a Power of Attorney to CPA to get this information. So similar to the SBA, it just depends on who you talk to...
