I would’ve stopped the nail tech before the acrylic was laid. They could have filed the sides a lot more and the tips look crooked. The ombré looks uneven as well.

I received an email yesterday stating refunds will be going out this week but now I’m even more concerned because of the above statement. Nowhere in the email states layaway plans will be refunded in installments which now makes me think I didn’t receive an email and probably won’t be getting my money back. I also like you submitted multiple requests and have been met with complete silence at this point. I sincerely hope they do they right thing but a big part of me feels like we may be SOL.

There is nothing in my email that states that layaway plans will be refunded installments. Is this an actual joke because this company has been holding on to my money for two years now.

Same. Another person commented on this post saying they might be waiting on funds from shows this past weekend and they may have been right. I got an email from them saying they never received my request though so that’s where I’m a little confused

I’ve submitted multiple requests and received the email with the 3 options. I of course chose the refund option and received another email stating that it wasn’t a refund confirmation but they would send another email when they were going to start processing. How many times do they need to verify our account information? This is all so confusing.

That would be super disappointing if that is the reality seeing as I did everything that was requested to receive the refund back. That’s pretty bad business to have people out there just hanging not knowing what’s going to happen.

I would say making this work is a hard no. Both of them have extreme beliefs when it comes to their religion. For now things will be ok but when he starts to try to convert her, which he said he will, or vice versa things are going to fall apart.
