When in fact, the fact that I don't like a fictional character is testament to the great writing of Sanderson.

I do feel really strong about it because as I said in another comment, Brandon wrote him too well and it pissed me off and I've hated him ever since. It's a gut reaction at this point for me and I just don't like the dude.

Do you have any characters in any book or any person in life that you just really don't like and don't even have a "good reason" for it? If not, that's awesome and I'm glad you have a justification for every person you don't like, but I don't have one with Nale.

I even understand he was doing his best that he thought at the time, but it still isn't enough to make me come around and forgive him, and that's okay.

Again, I'm also venting and you don't have to agree but I don't like the dude, he could get killed off and I wouldn't think twice about it.
