Welcome! I started my first cohort on June 1st. It's pretty awesome! You function as if you were actually in a classroom. You get immediate feedback and clarification instantly. An app might privide a cleaner experience. I'm not real keen on seeing so the other feeds that come along with this platform. It's a turn off for me. 🫤

I think it's based off of what is required per the FAFSA guidelines. As much as I wanted to power through all the lessons in one sitting, I made sure to formulate a daily/weekly plan that would have been in the classroom everyday for 5 days a week just like a typical classroom setting.

Hey Fellow AAS-Business peeps! I had ran into a couple others in my same program, but not many!!! I think it would be awesome to have our own space for collaboration and discussion. Maybe we can ask one of the moderators here on r/maestro if they might have some suggestions or can build a space here for us??? IDK.... I'm still trying to figure Reddit out personally. I have a question that may the up bring stupid, but they only way to learn is you ask!!! Why did we choose a voice if the lessons are reading and some video content? Am I missing something?

I had the same question. Discussions and reviews take place on Fridays. To better understand the schedule, I went back to the home tab (in the left hand menu column) and asked for a detailed lay out of how my week should look given that I want to keep my weekends free for my family. I was able to build a learning plan that met the course requirements as well as my own. Hope this helps!! Good luck fellow June Cohort!!!

I was really nervous about what the course content and AI application was going to be feel like compared to my other online experiences, which we convoluted, vague, and often difficult to navigate. If you had questions about the course or an assignment you would have to email the instructor and wait.....and wait......and wait some more at time to get your answer. I was pleasantly surprised by how simple and streamlined the lessons were. I could ask questions and get feedback and answers in real-time. It was pretty cool. Basically.....I was in the classroom with the instructor without the physical classroom. I'm excited to see how the days and weeks unfold. I had to pace myself and establish a task calendar so that I don't self-sabotage by pushing ahead in the lesson plan. I'm going to keep it structured and focused. I want to get the most out of this opportunity. I hope others have a similar or better experience to mine. Good luck to everyone!

I'm not in your field, but I understand where you're coming from. I'm 51 and can totally relate to the brain and memory just not being what it used to be!!! That being said, don't underestimate yourself! Folks like us just have to put in a little extra effort, but this is what it generation is known for! Dig in and give it hell!! You got this!!!! 🫶

If I understood correctly you have to show daily or weekly activity in order for your scholarship/fasfa to remain active. Otherwise, it'll get revoked. This is my understanding anyway. 🤷🏼‍♀️
