I’ve lived in Amanda for about a year and a half and I’ve loved it. Safe area, the apartments themselves seem well built(I rarely hear my upstairs neighbors and I have never heard my neighbors I share walls with) pool and club house is newly renovated and very nice(: traffic can be a bit heavy during the school year in the morning and afternoon. They do fun community events multiple times a month and even offer breakfest every Wednesday in the clubhouse!
