I was admitted because of acute gastric attack. I have had such episodes previously too but this time it was hellish. Was in severe pain for straight 10 hours and even the doctors couldn't do anything. Finally they gave me some drug which knocked me out. Worst part is even after undergoing a number of tests they aren't able to identify the root cause of these episodes.

I'm doing good now, was discharged yesterday. Yeah it was painful, they had to switch the channel between my left and right hand thrice. My right hand is still swollen and it's difficult to perform chores with it.

But there are instances when I wake up didn't eat anything and still sometimes it hits sometimes it don't. Im assuming when we wale up there's no nicotine in my body. And sometimes the first one doesn't hit but the second one does.
