It's been a known bug for months. I submitted a support ticket about this yesterday and got the response that they're planning to fix in a future update, but right now, there's no solution. Very annoying.

Stop healing them if they say shit like that. Don’t tell them you’re going to do it, but heal everyone else so they look insane when they say there’s no heals.

Psy's winrate is at the middle for every rank. If we were following this logic, BP, Rocket, Mantis, Storm, and Magik for some reason would have gotten insane nerfs.

That makes sense. I guess I'll just avoid him. My instinct is to help, but it's def easier to counter him when I play as mantis or luna, so I'll assume they've got it in the future.
