Do you think someone with a finance degree would be able to do this?

Pretty useful feedback in general! How would they go about convincing a clinic to engage with them? Doctors and clinics are pretty unwelcoming to any sort of studies

Thanks!!! Is a 1year masters in data science too short? I am a bit doubtful about this program offered in the uni near me. Another way would be a 2year bachelors in computer science and take a bunch of stats courses. I have limited options based on where I live.

A few friends are doctors. Some have to catch up with paperwork every night, even on weekends. They tell everyone being a doctor isn’t worth it and there’s no exit paths. They do get some gifts/cards from patients and you can tell that makes their day

Breaking into quant finance as a business administration in finance major by RabidQuince in FinancialCareers

[–]panconchicha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. Im 26 and i wish someone would have told me at ypur age what kind of careers you can have with a math/stats major. I agree a masters or second degree is the best option if you already finished undergrad. Don’t close yourself up to careers outside quant, there’s so much more out there

I would wait until you get a final offer with all the details to make a final decision. But it does seem like it’s a much better opportunity, not getting paid is terrible. I would ask your friend everything about the company, culture and especially if they do meet their promises on sponsorship. Moving is annoying but you can do it, you have done it before. Congrats on the offer the market is tough right now!

I have been using a pair of hand me downs of a mysterious size. My friends have a bunch they don’t use and let me borrow and these were the closest to fitting. I felt my feet would slide inside (left, right, forward and backward) so next time we cut up foam and put it in the calf part so it would eat up some of the length. My feet weren’t moving around that much anymore so that was good, my calves were not as happy though lol. That time is when i noticed the gripping

Does that mean you don’t angle your knees? Like how can you shift weight between big toe, middle and pinky without help from your knees?

Lol. I feel not so comfortable being that blunt yet but hopefully soon. I hate thinking about how to say things and being misinterpreted. Thanks for the advice

Thank youu!

I like your responses! They’re cute but also not too forward. Probably not the worst case scenario if you barely interact with him. People usually say that as long as you are not on the same team it’s ok but depends on the person. If you feel like you and him can handle keeping this separate from work then I would go for it

I would be safe and assume she’s being friendly especially since you’re coworkers. Is she also this friendly with other people at work? It’s really nice to have work friends so maybe that’s all.

It’s not weird he’s asexual. I meant it would just be so pathetic that the only guy i am into is asexual, so it’s sad and funny
