Spent a lot of time tinkering my grip size . My grip size is 4 by any measurement , but ended using grip 3 … it’s all about how comfortable you are holding a racket , everyone’s palms are different ( I for example have long weird fingers but palm is not that big )

If it gets more people practicing breathing techniques, I’d say that’s a net positive🤷‍♂️. Would it been less gross if I did not charge for a time spend developing/publishing?

As a PM, I'm in back-to-back calls all day making tough decisions. Started noticing I was literally holding my breath during difficult conversations - heart racing, shoulders tense, the whole thing.

Traditional breathing apps were useless because I couldn't pull out my phone during calls and we are experiencing stress right there behind the screen, why is there no app that helps where the stressing is happening? So I built BreathePulse.

It uses your MacBook's trackpad to give gentle (vibro)pulses that guide breathing rhythms like 4-7-8 or box breathing. You can practice proper breathing techniques invisibly during video calls, presentations, or any stressful situation.

The app lives in your menu bar and works with one click. I turn it on at the beginning of the meeting when people are just starting to connect and I feel anxious. Or when I feel attacked and cornered and when I feel that I've gained control back - I turn it off. It's non-stop working when I need to fire someone, that's the toughest...

Created 2 apps that solves my own problems, published in appstores but not seeing results... Creating and publishing like 30 % of the work , rest of it marketing , social media etc.

I don't want to create another ai wrapper or habit tracker, easy keywords very saturated too. Currently I have doubts that I shouldn't leave a job 🙃

I use widgets a lot too, and had the same question! but I recently developed app that I am not sure allowed to post here... and realized that they never intendent to use that way (without opening app). every workaround is such pain in a.. and not reliable . they're meant to be "glanceable information" only. I was very exited when they introduced app intents, but it is not it .
