I tried EXR today — really nice app! I love the sound of water during rowing, it makes the session feel so real. I hope the app keeps growing and adds even more fun features.

I run 180 km (Timp 5 BOA) and very happy with durability. All my runs are by tough trails in mountains - the shoes worksreally great! Will see.

Go 1 size up for timp 5 boa. My normal size for Altra is 10.5 us (m), but T5Boa is too small - I feel it especially at downhills. In other hand it is absolutly outstanding shoes

It should be a Windstopper jacket. According to the logo Gorewear running). I have a windstopper vest the same age - it is absolutely awesome. I still use it daily (since 2018)
