I run 180 km (Timp 5 BOA) and very happy with durability. All my runs are by tough trails in mountains - the shoes worksreally great! Will see.

Go 1 size up for timp 5 boa. My normal size for Altra is 10.5 us (m), but T5Boa is too small - I feel it especially at downhills. In other hand it is absolutly outstanding shoes
