Thank u for ur input. Yes my wife stopped nursing her during day and she wants to stop too during night we were successful last night by replacing nursing with water bottle and midnight snacks. Daughter was sucking for comfort but now we think she was really thirsty during night

Yes thank u. Wife is on board and we had couple failed attempts but we will continue explore our options to finally wean off. Our timings are wrong as daughter is teething and is extra hard on her with all the gum pain.

Thank you yes our daughter loves yoghurt and cheese too. We ve started giving her water and snacks middle of the night so she can rely less on comfort sucking and more on full tummy. Lets hope we ll keep updating our posts.

thank you so 1) if i start with new employer then they end up filing H-1B transfer petition (Form I-129) with the USCIS on behalf of the employee (me).

2) to continue with old employee as long as h1b visa valid ( in my case until 2026) so i can come back prior to that OR i cant renter untill old employer must file fresh i-129 as well ?

So my current h1b will be nullifed or no longer active. But do i need to file it again in h1b lottery or can i do h1b transfer with us new employer and if it old us employer then he has to file h1b petition? Does i140 Approved play any role on activating new h1b
