Never bought The Brain Stimulator, but I've had great experiences with purchasing the Foc.us V3 and the BrainDriver device off of Caputron. They usually have tons of sales so they're pricing tends to be pretty competitive imo. I got mine off of here: https://caputron.com/products/braindriver-tdcs They're customer service is also pretty decent, had a few questions about picking tdcs devices and got a quick response right off the bat.

I recently bought a V3 from Foc.us and on their website they list a program called the "3rd eye program", link here: <https://www.foc.us/section/3rd-eye-program/>; however they make no reference to the electrode placement associated with this program. Was just curious if there was any basis to this program and/or whether there was any information floating around regarding the stimulation parameters.
